Binkee (3/15/2005)

Binkee is a fawn-colored male, 9 years old, weighing approximately 11 lbs.

He is up-to-date on all his vaccinations and has been neutered. He needs to have his teeth cleaned, stool test and heartworm test before being listed as available for adoption. Those will all be complete by March 25.

Binkee has excellent outdoor potty habits, even in cold weather, though he has lifted his leg a couple times in the 3 days he's been in foster.

He is crate-trained and walks well on lead. Like most other Iggies, he will sleep in a crate at night, but would dearly love to share your bed and cuddle up under the covers.

He is very sweet and loving. He loves men and is shy with women, though will warm up to a woman once he gets to know you.

He is playful, curious, and very good with other dogs. His foster home has other Iggies, Whippets, and a Greyhound, and Binkee is fine with all of them, though submissive.

Update 6/6/2005: Binkee is such a delight! When he wants a treat or wants to be held, he does a play bow with a song and dance. His whole body gets into the dance, and, as they say, 'his tail wags his body.'

Binkee is located in northern Indiana and will be adopted to Indiana and bordering states.
